Terms of Service
Plain language, because you should be able to read the agreement you’re in. The short version: pay for what you use, cancel anytime, your data stays yours, don’t use the platform to hurt people.
1. The deal
Lucerna Noetica runs your shop online: a hosted booking page, the dashboard behind it, mail, and analytics — one subscription, one login. These terms are the agreement between you (the shop) and us (Lucerna Noetica) for that service.
2. Your account
You create the account, you keep the password safe, and what happens under your login is yours to answer for. Give us a real email — it’s how we reach you about your shop, and how password resets work. One shop per account for now.
3. Trial and billing
Running your shop is free, with no trial to run out and no feature held back until you pay. When money moves through your shop we take the percentage published on the pricing page, and you can turn that percentage off entirely with the optional flat plan. Mailboxes and domains are the only other paid items. Everything optional is month to month through Stripe, cancelled yourself from the billing portal in your dashboard — no cancellation calls, no retention scripts. If a rate ever changes, the pricing page changes with it before it reaches you.
4. Payments are Stripe’s department
Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe bills the subscription and handles deposits at checkout under their own terms. We see that a payment happened — never the card.
5. Your data stays yours
Your customer list, your bookings, your services and rules — yours. We host them to run your shop, nothing more. Cancel and the data doesn’t become ours: ask and we delete it (see the Privacy Policy for how).
6. Acceptable use
Run a real business, follow the law, don’t use the platform to spam, defraud, or harm people. That’s the whole policy. Break it and we can suspend or close the account — we’ll tell you why.
7. What we run on
The site and booking pages are served by Cloudflare. Commerce infrastructure runs on AWS. Booking data is stored per-tenant — your shop’s records are scoped to your shop. We tell you this because you’re trusting us with your customers, and you should know where things live.
8. Availability
We build carefully and run on serious infrastructure, but we won’t promise a number we can’t guarantee. If something breaks, we fix it and we’re honest about what happened.
9. Ending things
You can cancel anytime — the slug frees up, the list stays yours until you tell us to delete it. We can end the agreement for non-payment or abuse, with notice except where the abuse forces our hand.
10. The unavoidable part
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is capped at what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits what can’t legally be limited.
11. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. The current version always lives at this address.
